We're proud to introduce the new Organizers Workspace. We designed this tool to bring you closer to high-quality instructional materials more efficiently. We're releasing this in Beta as an invitation to help shape these tools and the Eduaide workspace. Our goal isn't to impose a system, but to reflect how you actually plan and teach, and hopefully expand what's possible with your time and resources.
The streamed wall of AI text is still a few steps from classroom-ready. Eduaide's new Organizers workspace is meant to help close that gap. It takes the precision and clarity of our generator and places them in the structured formats you use every day.
To get started, simply select a format. Enter your topic. Tweak it for your purpose with a few toggles. Then export a print-ready graphic organizer.
How It Works

Templates Built for Thinking
Each organizer is structured with intention and flexibility in mind.
A few highlights:
KWL Chart : The classic three-column format with optional sentence stems, reflection prompts ("What surprised you?"), and a research planning strip.
Venn Diagram: Compare two or three items with auto-labels and collaboration cues
Frayer Model: Definition, example, non-example, and usage quadrants with a metacognitive reflection box.
Marking the Text: Custom excerpts or AI-generated passages, questions in the margins, and annotation guidance.
T-Chart: Dual-column comparisons with guiding questions, and optional extensions for ranking, evaluation, and collaborative comparisons.
Sequence of Events: Built-in cause/effect scaffolds, guidance for teaching causation, and an optional sequence bank
All organizer formats include toggles for common classroom variations. You can add sentence stems, reflection prompts, or collaboration cues. You can adjust question formats, scaffolds, task complexity, and even the document's color theme.
We don't view the toggles as extra bells and whistles, but rather as practical controls designed to meet the varied demands of real classrooms.
One Workspace, Many Possibilities
You can stack organizers as movable cards in the workspace to sequence instructional moves. For example:
