We aim to be as transparent as possible about our data practices. You can find more detailed information by viewing our full Privacy Policy.
Eduaide's philosophy is to minimize data collection with a focus on providing a great experience and product. If we don't need it, we don't collect it.
We collect the minimum amount of personally identifiable information from our users that we need to provide our products and services.
We never have and never will share or sell your data to third parties for their use.
We do not show advertisements within any Eduaide product, take money from advertisers, or share any information with third parties for advertising purposes.
We use a privacy and security focused analytics platform that uses anonymous identifiers and aggregated data. This allows us to understand how our features are used and to improve them. This data is not tracked or related back to any individual user. For an example of what this looks like, we might see how many times a button is clicked with a certain feature, but we do not know which user clicked it.
No we do not collect student data. Eduaide is a teacher-facing platform and is neither designed nor directed toward individuals under the age of 18. With no student-facing features, we do not require, request, or collect any student information from users when using the application. In addition, we implement technical controls and processes that aim to prevent student data from being entered into our systems by accident. In the event that any student personally identifiable information is collected, we delete it upon discovery.
Eduaide uses a variety of AI Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide our features, this includes OpenAI, and Anthropic. As part of our API agreements with these providers, they are unable to use any inputs or outputs to train or improve their models.
We use a payment processor to handle payments if you choose to purchase a subscription. We do not store any of your payment information including credit card numbers or your billing address.
