This picture may look a little more bleak when you consider findings put out by Harvard Business Review (HBR). Namely, that the introduction of ChatGPT was met with a sharp decrease in job postings deemed to be “automation prone,” or all of those jobs listed in the above Dominant Generative AI use cases graphic.

AI is not poised to eliminate the need for teachers, however, but rather to augment their capabilities.
